Direction guide and How to use your access QR code

To access the CityUHK campus and get to the registration venue, please refer to the direction guide for step-by-step instructions. You are encouraged to take the MTR to Kowloon Tong Station and exit from C (Festival Walk). From there, you can walk through the Festival Walk to the entrance of CityUHK.

The access QR code will be emailed to you by the CityUHK Visitor Registration System. You must display the dynamic QR code on a mobile device for scanning at the entrance gate of the CityUHK campus. To verify QR code validity in real time, the system recognises only live, dynamic QR codes. Screenshots or printed copies will NOT be accepted. Security staff at the campus entrance may request to check your HKID card or other personal identity document if necessary.

Please ensure you have your QR code for entering the CityUHK campus. If you have not received it by Friday (23 Oct), 9:00 AM, please contact ted@cityu.edu.hk for assistance.

Lunch arrangement

You will receive a HK$50 cash coupon at registration, which you can use to purchase food and beverages of your choice at the “City Express” canteen during the lunch break.
