Facilitator

Dr Jack Tsao is the Associate Director of the HKU’s Common Core and the co-founder of the GenAI Hackathon for SDG/ Social Good.

Previous to academia, he worked in corporate learning and development, business banking, and luxury fashion. Jack co-founded and led a Hong Kong fashion distribution start-up as the CEO for 5 years, growing revenues from zero to over HK$300 million per annum (before exit). He also worked as a consultant for the global consulting company RogenSI (Part of TTEC), coaching and mentoring professionals and senior executives on pitching, presentation and influencing skills, emotional intelligence, and sales and leadership. His clients included JP Morgan Chase, BNP Paribas, and Willis Towers Watson.
