Pitch Deck Submission

To qualify for selection in the final pitch on 1 Nov 2025, teams are required to submit a pitch deck for evaluation. 

Deadline for submission of pitch deck/slides is 25 October 2025.

Your pitch deck may include any relevant appendices and any prototype demo (videos, application, technical links or files).

Mandatory Requirements for the Pitch Deck

1. For the first slide, you must include the following information:

  1. Team name
  2. Project title
  3. Thematic track
  4. 30-word max description of the project
  5. Full name and universities of team members

2. Name your file as “Team Number – [Team Name]” (e.g. Team 1001 – ABC).

3. Use a standard file format, such as .ppt/.pptx or .pdf. No online/ cloud-based slides are allowed (e.g. Google Slides, or Canva)

 

Once you hit that “upload” button, your slides are locked in – no changes allowed! If you fail to submit your pitch deck/slides on time, your team will be automatically disqualified from the event. If you encounter any issues during submission, please send your files to Anson Fan at [email protected] prior to the expiry of the deadline.
