Winning teams and runners-up adjudicated by the panel of judges will be awarded cash prizes, entry into semi-finals/ finals of prestigious competitions and the opportunities for start-up incubation and other entrepreneurial pathways.
Cash Prizes
Each thematic track will have 3 winners (gold, silver, and bronze), with a total of 12 prizes.
Competition Entry
Winning teams from each track will be admitted to:
- Semi-finals of the Hong Kong Social Enterprise Challenge (organised by the Centre for Entrepreneurship at CUHK), the leading social entrepreneurship competition in Hong Kong.
- Finals of the Techathon+, the most prestigious tech entrepreneurship competition in Hong Kong.
Start-up and Incubation Pathways
Teams will be eligible to apply for the seed programmes at through the respective universities of team members (hence mixed teams are highly encouraged) for HK$100,000 funding, supported by Hong Kong Science and Technology Park (HKSTP).
